FreeAgent is now back online after 41 minutes of unscheduled downtime this afternoon. This is the first significant unscheduled outage in our four year history, so of course we’re extremely disappointed and we apologise for any difficulty this interruption caused you today. Normal service resumed
The issue earlier has now been resolved and FreeAgent should now be responding as normal. We’re now investigating what happened and will work to try and minimise a recurrence of the problem in the future.   We’re very sorry for the short period of downtime.
