Invoice Email Duplication Issue

If you sent invoices between 11:35 AM and 12:05 PM today, January 30, 2025, your clients may have received up to 8 copies of the same invoice email. Please note that only the email was duplicated, and this issue did not impact the invoices themselves. Your FreeAgent account will show only one email sent for each invoice.

The issue was quickly resolved and email operations are back to normal. We understand this may have caused confusion, and we are really sorry for any trouble this may have caused you or your clients.
